Schedule: This popular interactive practical staff workshop is specifically designed to nurture self-care and well-being. It incorporates elements of mindfulness, self-compassion, neuroscience and (optional) gentle movement. It is currently available online nationwide and will be available on-site in Dublin and surrounding areas in Autumn 2022.
The intention is to provide a very gentle, nurturing reflective space to support busy professionals.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week course

This is also the prerequisite course for anyone wishing to learn how to teach mindfulness to young people
